VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is a powerful picture and photo editor which enables you to correct your digital photos and draw your own works of art. You can acquire digital photos from file on your computer or directly from a scanner and at once start to work with them. The software supports all common picture file formats and you can select a format in which you would like to save your piece of work from JPG and GIF to TGA. The program comes with a wide range of useful professional tools and effects for both novices and professional designers. VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is also an excellent painting program which offers a vast variety of standard features, for example Magic wand, Pencil, Paint brush etc. You can also use built-in transformations (Twirl, Waves, Fish eye etc.), effects and create your own trilinear filters (Blur, 3d extension, TV etc.). Besides, you can select an external photo to the already open one which will be shown as a background.
