VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is a powerful picture and photo editor which enables you to correct your digital photos and draw your own works of art. You can acquire digital photos from file on your computer or directly from a scanner and at once start to work with them. The software supports all common picture file formats and you can select a format in which you would like to save your piece of work from JPG and GIF to TGA. The program comes with a wide range of useful professional tools and effects for both novices and professional designers. VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is also an excellent painting program which offers a vast variety of standard features, for example Magic wand, Pencil, Paint brush etc. You can also use built-in transformations (Twirl, Waves, Fish eye etc.), effects and create your own trilinear filters (Blur, 3d extension, TV etc.). Besides, you can select an external photo to the already open one which will be shown as a background. The program offers color correction feature with auto color correction and a manual mode in case you want to adjust saturation, brightness and contrasts of your images by yourself. You may find the Caricature tool the most enjoyable feature of this program because it enables you to transform faces on the photo into funnily distorted images. One more advantage of this program is that it has a friendly interface. It allows you to preview images by simply clicking on the preview window to work with the selected area in the editing window. In addition, the program supports Photoshop compatible plugins. However, we should point out that the undo feature may cause troubles because the number of undo operations is limited to the previous five steps. But despite this small drawback with this of high quality image editing program you can use your creativity to the full!
